Is this nortmal?

i have G.Skill 2x 2GB 4GB Ripjaws DDR3 Kit 1600Mhz PC3-12800
have had them for about 4 months now no problems but i have noticed recently that by just having Heroes Of Newerth game that its using 72%???
and 29% with nothing opened.. normal? or something is up.
ga-880gm-usb3 mobo. phenom II x4 955 be chipset

Sounds fine to me. Games use RAM. That's what it's for.

Sounds ok as about 1GB is only system.
Try to run Civilization V on big map and max details ... ~3.5GB for game only. Really only game where I noticed that 8GB RAM is good idea.
