Newbie Thermal Grease Question

I was just wondering if anyone could give me a walk through or link to do this, I'm kind of worried about applying the grease to the CPU and don't want to ruin anything.

dont worry, as long as u dont smear it all over the bridges ull be okay.

just make sure u have the whole core covered, and try to set ur heatsink down evenly.
