Gigabyte P67A-UD3R-B3 __ is this a good card for 2600k(non k) processor?

can someone suggest me a good motherboard without any known issues and i want to overclock my 2600 ( i heard its overclockable upto 4.2 ghz turbo ).someone might ask me to buy 2600k but i dont wanna spend xtra bucs for the cooling system and i would rather be happy with the 2600 performance with minimal overclock.
