need help looking for a mobo

I need a new mobo, and want to use the rest of my current hardware so i guees what i am looking for:

1. Socket am3 for my athlon x2 245 cpu
2. DDR2 667 so i can use my current ram

and of course pcie for my geforce 9500gt graphics card

also if it has an nvidia chipset that would make reinstalling xp easier as i have the nvidia sata drivers injected into my xp disc

whatever else the board has, i can work with

Socket AM3 is incompatible with DDR2.
