strange warning, what's it mean?

alright, i successfully added 0.1 v to the vcore... except now, when i run VIA hardware monitor, i get a warning that my 2.5v value is too low... what does that mean? currently the 2.5v value = 1.56.

what does that mean and is that bad or good or indifferent?

I would reboot and double check the results +/- 10% is usually okay but 40% low seems like it would cause problems.
