CSS mouseover help

Hey Guys,

Hoping you can help me out, I've been designing a website and the customer has asked for a menu that when you mouseover a option the (main content) frame statically changes to that content and doesn't change until you mouseover something else. IE you hover over home the main content is the home page, when you hover over products it changes to that until you select a new menu item. Any help with this would be splendid, thanks in advance.

Specifically the .mouseenter() and .mouseleave() functions
