amd xp 1700, soyo dragon plus multiplier

Decided to unlock it but I can't get it to go above 11x it is stable at 11.5x but it will not pass post after a restart or windows 2000 will say its missing NTOSKRNL.EXE. I ran quake 3 for about 6 hours when I first attempted to place the multiplier at 11.5 .Also it will not post sometimes when turned on. I’m thinking it might be my p/s.

Check out my sig, I got my 1700+ up to 1610mhz and only upped the Vcore to 1.775, windows XP gives me a warning on boot that it has recovered from a critical fault (or mortal injury something like that) I lowered the Vcore and the FSB but still got the error, I haven't noticed any performance problems and it boots fine everytime....*shrug* try raising your Vcore just a bit maybe that'll help.

try flashing to 2ba2. I had a similar prob with my 1.2 Duron, but my XP is fine.
