I need to make a decision quickly. If I take the AMD side then I get all the other products at the quality at which i want them like an ROG Motherboard & An SSD.The i7 2600k with the ROG motherboard is out of Range and fitting in a 120GB SSD does not happen.I also dont know how much power I would need in terms of watts to run this system with a 6950 2GB graphic card 8GB RAM.I have been told to go with the Corsair TX 750

If I take the AMD I can later update the processor to the upcoming bulldozer series and still get an ROG Motherboard and a better SSD.

Wait for Bulldozer. When BD is finally released compare to SB and decide then. I'd go with a 2500K + OC, use the money saved towards a SSD. The SSD you listed are all Sandforce controller. Do some research of said controller about reliability and stability before you buy.

If you must buy now, then Intel and maybe upgrade to Ivy Bridge later.

750W PSU is good. Corsair TX750 V2 is good it's made by Seasonic which also makes XFX Core 750 too. Antec also make some good PSU. Personally I'd choose the cheapest of a Seasonic made Seasonic, Antec, XFX or Corsair. I like Seasonic.

Save money and go with the 2500k instead of the 2600k. HT won't get you much performance wise.

Both of those processors would be better than the x6 performance wise with the exception of video encoding and archiving.

What are you planning to use the system for?

You posted too fast. I agree with all points. Corsair makes a fantastic PSU. The Intel based ssd's are very reliable. The sandforce SSD's still have some issues.
