Which ram to use for overclocking ?

I have the following ram. Which is better to overclock with ?

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9T-12GBRL

or

G.SKILL PI Series 12GB (6 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI

or

CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TR3X6G1600C8D

I am going to keep one set of these and sell the rest.

Will be using this on an i7-990X on a RAMPAGE III Black Edition Mobo.

either the dominators or the gskill pi ram will clock the best just due to the fact that they are 2gb sticks instead of 4gb. less stress on the IMC. the PI series of ram from G.Skill has been known to clock pretty good and it also has better timings than the Corsair stuff.

So I would suggest option number 2 "G.SKILL PI Series 12GB (6 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI"

but unless but sell half because 6gb is more than enough for most people and running 6 sticks of ram will stress your IMC more than just 3.

just my 2 cents.

Only problem is that ASUS boards don't really like 6 sticks especially above 1600 or with lower timings. From these 3 best should be G.Skill Pi but 3 sticks for oc like bmwbaxter said.
