Need 16GB Fast & Reliable Flash Drive (bellow 25$)

Hi there!
For some secret reasons I need a 16GB disk on key which is faster in read and write for active data processing. That means both read and write.
14 MB\s writing without over heating is enough for me..
I have a budget of 18$-25$ per disk on key.
Which should I take?
Thanks!

PS.
It needs to hold the data at least for 3 years without loosing it..

Do you have USB3.0 ports that you can use or are you limited to USB2.0?

Good thumb drive, I use it at least once daily (some days twenty times) for my work and have had it for many months. It WILL eventually fall apart but that's because of excessive use, not the fault of the thumb drive!

My first question now is: Do newegg deliver their goos (for free or how much) to Israel?
And the second one is:

In Israel all the prices are at least 3 times bigger than in the US... So we shouldn't even consider researching on that...
But Amazon does (some times) deliver their goods to Israel in a few bucks...
