Finally after all the hassles, this combo is well worth it. Ran all day yesterday at 1.6, just to get Windows XP straightened out and let the AS II "sink in".
This AM, went right into Softmenu, 133 FSB, PCI/AGP 33/66, Rambus set to "400" BAM-
2.1 GB/PC1066, all at 1.5v per MBM, I set it at 1.55 in BIOS, JIC!
Funny, at 1.6 base mainboard temp was 30C/CPU idle 39C/load 45C, with 2.1 mainboard the same, idle is only 42C, load 46C
Load temps are after 5 mins of stress, I didn't run Prime 95 at 1.6, still to come at 2.1.
Well off for more stress testing, and to check out a couple games,
