Need Advise On a Laptop Cooler

Hello, what would you guys recommend for a Loptop Notebook Cooler under $25? any comments are appreciated thank you

Im thinkin about these two:

Antec USB Power

In all actuality, as long as the laptop is on a smooth surface, the internal cooling is all that is needed.. However, If the fans are blocked while in bed or on your lap, it will be blocked either way with or without an external cooler. But since the laptop is on a smooth surface (the external cooler) then the laptop fans will do its job anyway... Food for thought...
