need help OC i7 950 3.06Ghz to 4.4Ghz

hi im newbie here , can anyone here help me to get i7 950 from 3.0Ghz to 4.4Ghz

I already set the setting inside bios like this , am i missing the point here on the voltage ??

btw my spec for cooling using :
Liquid cooling Corsair H-100 with 2 corsair stock fan faing upward case to blow off the heat
3 x Noctua 12cm fan (front : blow in , rear : blow out , down : blow in)

memory Corsair DDR3 Dominator GT PC15000 6GB (3x2GB) CMT6GX3M3A1866C9

In order to get a 950 to 4.4GHz you'll need to supply significantly more Vcore than 1.25V. Figure in the neighborhood of 1.4 - 1.45V for that clock. And QPI/DRAM Core voltage (VTT) of 1.6V is way too high, considering 6GB of RAM installed running at DDR3-1800 (x10 DRAM mult.), and a BCLK of only 180.

ok thx mate , i really dunno how to do this , i do auto on 3.8Ghz only , ill try what u tell me
