What is warning telling Me?

My neighbor is having an issue logging into this account and this warning comes sup. Not sure what this is telling me.

its been a while since I have setup an email account, but it seems that your email server doesnt want an encrypted user/password. not sure where it is but in the settings if I remember correctly there is a setting that will not encrypt these. may have to just look for it, or wait for someone else that can direct you exactly where the setting is located.

Thanks dejo. However this was working fine until yesterday. Then for no reason it started happening.

possibility that it is a change on the server side that is causing it.
