my existing system:
AMD 435
DDR3 2G x2
6850

I'm planning to hv a little upgrade
target will be 1055T
is this worth for bf3?
if not much difference comparing to 435, I'll just save up my $
 
AMD 435? Is that an Athlon II x3 435?

Its not going to make a lot of difference really. I would want to upgrade your GPU before you CPU.

dunno if 1055T would be a better cpu for bf3?
 
I would sit tight then and save your money for both CPU and GPU upgrade. But your CPU will be ok.

tot it'd b a good idea to buy a am3 cpu b4 end of production
1055T selling USD150 in my home town
 
BD = Bulldozer. The newest AMD CPU

I dont think BD will work in that older motherboard in the first place.

mine is AM3
btw, benchmark shows x3 or x4 no big difference
GPU will b much important?
my PSU is vx450, 6950 is my best shot?
 
Yes, as I said, the GPU will be a better upgrade for you. No doubt. I wouldnt overclock far with a 6950 and VX450 PSU...but it will be fine.
