p8z68-v pro Problems

I just built a computer and i put a p8z68-v pro in it, and I ve been having some weird issues lately. About every other time i boot my computer Something stops working, the first thing that i notice is that my aero isn't working, and that my mouse wont respond for a few minutes. I looked in device manager to see if i had a driver not responding and the only thing i can see is that my graphics card has an error that says windows can verify a certificate. Also my bluetooth port gives me an error saying it isn't working. Has anyone else had similar problems? any advice would be appreciated.
