Need some advice (Crossfire 6850's)

So I'm trying to hold off on a complete rebuild for a little while because it just doesn't seem worth it yet. My current setup is in my signature. I'm thinking about buying another 6850 but was wondering if my CPU will be a bottleneck or if I'll see worthwhile gains. I'm playing BF3 and Skyrim right now, and it runs them both pretty smoothly on a mix of High/Ultra with AA turned down but it'd be nice to be able to turn everything up a little more. What do you guys think?
