EA Origin/BF3 issue

EA Origin/BF3 issue
It only lets me launch into campaign mode. any time I click BF3 from Origin or from the desktop link it launches right into campaign. Just started to do this today. Also, origin will not launch properly sometimes and just hangs as a blank window

I just use a bookmark to open battlelog: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/ although it could possibly be related to this (not sure why, maybe it is an offline mode thing?)  at the top of battlelog.
