Okay... I got some more info using CPU-Z..
Acoording to CPU-Z, My core specs are...
core speed = 1211.3 mhz
multiplier = x6.0
Bus Speed = 201.9 mhz
Rated FSB = 807.6

My Memory Specs Acoording to CPU-Z..
DRAM Frequency = 403.8 mhz
FSB : DRAM = 1:2
etc..

According to Core Temp,
Processor Info:
Model = Dual Core E5800 (Wolfdale - 2M)
Platform = LGA 775 Socket T
Frequency = around 1512.36 mhz to 1915.66 mhz
VID = 1.3000 v
Lithography = 45 nm

my temps are..
core #0 = 42% with load 0-3%
core #1 = 42% with load 0-1%

I hope this Info helps to give you all an Idea of my system...

Okay... Here is a pen picture of my bios screen===
My bios consists of 6 tabs which are Main, Advanced, Power, Boot, Tools and Wait respectively.
In the Advanced Tab there are 6 go-to options namely..
1) Jumperfree Config
2) CPU Config
3) Chipset
4) Onboard DevicesConfig
5) USB Config
6) PCIPnP
I assume that this screen ands its options will be most important for OC. Okay Moving on and going into Jumperfree Config(which I assume will be Important) We find the following options :-

PCI/PCIe CLK Status [Enable]
AI Overclocking [Auto]
DRAM Frequency [Auto]
Memory Voltage [Auto]
NB Voltage [Auto]
VTT Voltage [Auto]
CPU Vcore [Auto]
Auto PSI [Enabled]

And in the CPU Config there is info about my CPU which tells that it has BUS Speed of 800 mhz and various settings like CMOS Ratio, CIE Support, CPUTM Function, etc..

Okay.. These are the only things which I assume will be important in the Anvanced tab..
Now Moving on to the Power Tab, We Find..
Suspend Mode [Auto]
ACPI 2.0 Support [Enabled]
ACPI APIC Support [Enabled]
Anti Surge Support [Enabled]
APM Config(which is a go-to option)
Hardware Monitor(which is a go-to option)

Going inside the Harware Monitor We find...
CPu Temp [54 C]
MB Temp [35 C]
CPU Fan Speed [1318 RPM]
CPU Q-Fan Control [Enabled]
CPU Fan Profile [Optimal Mode]
Chassis Fan Speed [2556 RPM]

Vcore Volt [1.248V]
3.3V volt [3.280V]
5V Volt [5.222V]
12V Volt [11.985V]

All Right, this is my bios screen and its options(which I think is important)..
There may be things which I have missed. If there are plz let me know. I am here to provide u all the necessary info of my pc....
So plz guys guide me towards my first overclock...
