I have a Thermaltake Commander MS-I ID VN400A1W2N Black SECC ATX Mid Tower case with an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Thuban processor (AM3 socket) overclocked to 3.7GHz and an ASUS M4N68T-M V2 motherboard.

I was wondering what CPU fan would be best to replace the stock fan considering the case I am using? Should I get any additional fans for the case besides the included one?

I actually use this case also, with the build i have in my sig. I use a Scythe Slimline 120mm fan on the top towards the front as an intake , the whole to the rear on the top i kept open. I used 2 Scythe Ultra Kase in a push pull on my cooler, 266 cfm and let me tell you it cools like a champ. I use another ultra Kase on the bottom as an intake. I use 2 Rosewill 120mm blue led fans they both move 87.5 cfm, 1 on the front behind the Thermaltake badge and i use the other and an exhaust. I use foam fan filters on my fans and have no problems with dust or cooling, it cools great i couldnt ask for any better. Its a positive flow case, oops i also forgot i use the stock Coolermaster fan that came on the Hyper 212 evo as a side fan, the Vent on the side fits the fan perfectly. All hooked up to a 4 channel fan controller in my 3.5 bay. All the Ultra Kase can get noisy without a fan controller. Here is a link to the fans i use. My temps at idle are 32 and maxed with prime 95 never over 44.

The fan that comes with the case is junk, you need to get rid of it asap, its not powerful at all. Mine stopped working after 1 week.
