On my MB where the CPU is there is a set of pins(3) and its labeled CPU fan. Next to it about 1in away there is another set of pins(3) that is not labeled. Is this for fans? I have a hyper 212 cooler and want to get another fan to use in push/pull but want to do it right.

The CPU Fan header is 4 pins. Connect one of the fans to that, and the other to the CHA FAN1 header adjacent to the PCIEX1_1 slot.
