Like the title says, I seem to be pretty much only folding standard units. In fact the one I am working on now makes 10 in a row. Going back over my work log it seems that I have been folding almost half as many smp as standard. Is this normal, or what? I have it set up as smp, as I followed ChasR's guide. Just curious, thanks

Assuming you have the -smp flag set, my guess is that the "standard" WUs you are folding are using FahCore_a4, which runs either as uniprocessor or smp, depending on your hardware and the presence or absence of the -smp flag.

What would be my best plan of action? Reconfigure using -configonly flag and run through it again?

I uninstalled and reinstalled so I'll see how it goes. I have the -smp flag, and it is running FahCore_a4

Your best bet at the moment for avoiding a4's would be folding in Linux.
