Quality windows 7 themes?

I've seen a few on youtube "Windows 7 Black edition" etc.. I just dont want to install something that will ruin my install with malaware and other junk.. Are there any good themes out there?

Stardock/Windows Blinds and wincustomize are commercial.

my suggestion is, leave well enough alone and just get a new nice wall paper.
