Get the lexan from Home Depot. A 12x24 piece is about $9. You can get the trim for the window from Auto Zone, Pep Boys, etc. for like $3. Use the door edge molding to trim the hole you cut out for the window. It also works well for blowholes.

Or Lowe's, or any other home maintenance store. I don't particularly like the trim, though. I have seen several cases done with the trim, and the part I don't like is that you can plainly see the seem where it meets, which looks tacky to me, IMO. If you use a metal-cutting blade on a jigsaw to cut the hole, then use a "mouse" sander or dremel tool to clean up the edges, you can flush the 'glas on the backside with hot glue, and you come away with a very clean, almost factory looking hole. This is in my opinion, and everyone has different tastes...so do what looks good to you!
