Hello,

1. Need to output heat 4-5 meters from pc to another room.

2. Need to cool:
- proc: i7 950
- gfx gigabyte 6950 GV-R695D5-2GD-B http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3667#ov
- mb gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3449#ov

- maybe another 6950 in crossfire in future

3. Have thermaltake level 10 gt snow ed. case http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001788

How to do this? What pump/blocks/reservoir to get? What pipes to use? What do I put where? I have mostly access to buy http://www.ekwaterblocks.com/ hardware. Is it good? I am novice in WC. Thanks.

How much sound bothers you? It's going to take a stronger pump to do what you ask well, which generally means loudness increases.

Sound doesn't matter much. Main objective is to move heat outside of my room. Also - where pump and reservoir should be - in pc or outside of my room? Is there a difference where it is?

Not really. Your pressure through the loop should be pretty much the same regardless of where you put things.
