IC details on these ram chips...

Well...i need some help on finding the IC info on this two rams...
Gkill Ripjaws X 1600 9-9-9-9-24 1.5v
Corsair Value select 1333 9-9-9-24 1.5v..
both clock pretty nice on AMD but a pain to clock on intel
i got 7-9-7-20 1604Mhz on the gskill and 7-9-7-20 1800MHZ on the Value select..
but no luck on Intel...
any help/tips/suggestion guys?

The Ripjaw X are likely Elpida (relabeled) Hynix H5TQG83BFR-H9C, with Corsair the version number listed on the module indicates the ICs used.
