I am fairly new to the computer scene as far as designing and building my own rig, but to me it looks like a pretty good setup if this is your first. What I have listed is also my first build. I underpowered my system with a corsair 600w 80 plus psu and should have went more. My reccomendation first of all is as high of an 80 plus you can afford on your budget, get. It's well worth not having the vdroop. I personally would go 800 w 80 plus silver or gold, preferrably Corsair however ocz and a couple other manufacturers are good as well. This link should help you by typing in your info it gives you a suggested psu. Hope this helps!

This is an H67 board not P67.

If this is for gaming you're best off taking the 2500K CPU and going to a more capable graphics card and aiming for a budget case and PSU. Also the Freezer 13 is a poor heatsink.

50-60 GBP is all you should need to spend on the case. Get something decent. Example, Antec 300.

Power supply Corsair CX600V2

CPU 2500K

Heatsink CM Hyper 212+ or evo

Board ASRock Z68Extreme 3 Gen 3

RAM 8GB Corsair Vengeance or G skill Ripjaws, any half decent cheap single kit, 2x4GB.
You don't need 16GB your budget was all over the place in terms of a performance target back there. :)

GPU wise get at least an AMD 6950.

There's little point in a 60GB ssd and even with a 120GB you'll still need a seperate storage drives for all your games and what not. It won't all fit on the SSD, believe me. Your OS and page file and more important games/programs will but you will want a seperate drive.
