SOLVED Help on choosing a new GPU

I have tried to do some reading on a new graphics card but can't seem to figure out which would be best. I have an hd 5770 now and it barely runs COD mw. Battlefield 3, forget it even oc'd. I want to go with nvidia but not sure which one. I am thinking something similar to a 6970. I don't necessarily plan on going SLI, so I would like something that would fit well in my rig as you can see what I have, that would power everything nicely even with a little OC. Thanks in advance.

6970 is a good choice.
You should be able to play bf3 almost maxed out with a little oc.

Edit: 570 or 560ti 448 cores with nVidia
