Mini Micro ATX Case

I'm looking for a Mini/Micro ATX Case for my friend. Been searching around, and found one good candidate. It's an In-win V523P (black case) with 180W powersupply. (Newegg and Directron have it) And thankfully he, mr. picky, likes the look of the case (I think he was mesmerized by iMacs for too long)

Three questions:
1. Do you think 180W is enough for a P4 system? I'm seriously thinking about that P4 1.6A o/ced to 2.1... this is what I think I will have in the system (including power usage, in Watts):

Mobo 40W (asus P4B266-M, if I can find one)
CPU 60W (do you think OC'ed P4 consumes 60W or more?)
Fans (CPU + 2 front/back) 20W
CDRW 25W (I checked with Plextor CS)
HD 20W (WD 100GB 7200rpm, checked with them already)
Videocard 10W (whaddaya think about GF4 MX440 cards?)
Ethernet NIC 5W (maybe even less)
Floppy minimal
--> that's a total of 180W already

2. If you think I should upgrade the power supply, do you know any microATX ps that has 300W+ and of good quality?

3. Anybody know of other cool-looking mini/microATX case? And where can I find them?

Ok, so I guess that's more than 3 questions. Anyway, any help or comment will be appreciated. TIA,

I just read a review on a new Lian-li case that's a micro-atx. It also mounts the board wtx style...upside down. The usual aluminum and removable mobo tray also. Too bad it only takes one large drive and one floppy externally. You might check it out, it's pretty neat as a little lan box too. I'd add a fan to the front of it though. Power supply included.

I'd suggest at least 10% margin on the power supply...the very least. Running it at the limits will tax it greatly, and produce alot of heat in an already small and hard to ventilate case. It also effects stability. 200 watts minimum.

Search for Lian Li pc 42 on www.google.com to find more sites...don't wanna buy too hastily.

www.directron.com has an 200 watt sfx powersupply for it too, so buy your case without one.

Ok, I think I have read as many PC-42 reviews as I could today. Seems like the perfect case for my friend, heck, I'm now intrigued to upgrade my own computer!

Now the question become, where the heck can I buy this case? Everywhere I've seen, they either sell Lian-Li other than PC-42 or they sold out on the PC-42. Seems like a rare case this one is.
