Hi all,

So, I have 2x2GB of xms3 1600CL9/1.65v and 2x2GB of xms3 1600CL8/1.65v.

They are both running together (stable) @1600/8-9-8-24 1.68v.

The case is pretty well ventilated, and I have 120/60CFM fan blowing on the modules.

My question is simple: how much voltage can they handle without frying?

Since both kits are rated to run at 1.65V and DDR3-1600 (SPD voltage of 1.5V at DDR3-1333), I personally wouldn't go much higher than that. Probably up to 1.7-1.72 max., and only for short bursts like while benching, otherwise a max. of ~1.68V for everyday use.
