Help random powerdowns

Hello new here and I need some help. About 3 or 4 days ago my computer started to act up. Both my screens turn off like if the computer was turning off and the key bored and mouse turn off too but all the fans in the computer are still on. No blue screen or error report when I restart the computer. The only thing that comes up is the black Windows Error Recovery that asks if you want to start in safe mode and all that. I looked to see if anything was overheating but everything stays at about 30-40c. It happens when I'm playing a game or just on the surfing the web.

If anyone could help that would rock. Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5850
PSU: Corsair 550W
MB: Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H
RAM: 2x G.SKILL Sniper 8GB 1333
SSD: Agility 3 120G 2.15(OS is installed here)
HDD: Western Digital 1TB
