athlon 4450e stuck at 800mhz!

My athlon 4450e 2.81 GHZ cpu will not clock above 800mhz after a ln2 session! Hopeing that its something simple, any ideas?

Clear the CMOS on the mobo. Take out the battery and 15 seconds later put it back in. You will then be a all default setting. Go into your BIOS and change the settings you had before.

Let us know how it went.
