Hey guys I am considering picking up a used eVga GTX 580 via Ebay:)

from a Trusted seller 100% Feedback/over 5000 Feedback:bday:
***********************

I noticed the card on Newegg.com is almost $500 USD, it states under description that it comes with Lifetime Warranty......

Now what happens when I purchase a used card off of ebay.com....is that warranty cross over if the card is used?

Say 200-days from purchase or 1 & 1/2 year's later the card craps itself.....

Will I have issues with RMA if I didn't buy it say from a retailer like newegg.com/microcenter/tigerdirect etc/etc

If the card has been registered to another individual it is non-transferable.

XFX is the only transferable warranty card that I am aware of.

If the original seller registered it, you will need his assistance to RMA the card if anything happens to it.
