amd xgp question

ok so i was doing some oveclocking on a rig i put together for my friends to play on when they come over s othey dont have to lug their stuff here, and amd xgp came up and said i can enable it, i dont have any other display adapters on the computer it doesnt have onboard or anything, so this isnt making much sense to me. but its dectecting something that it can accelerate on im not sure how this works or what it does but its kind of freaking me out.
