Just run setup?

I have just downloaded the zip file that I downloaded here for the device driver of my motherboard (Epox 8KHA+) because I wanted the most updated version. The zip file contains a lot of files and I just wanted to know that all I need to do is run the Setup file, right? It'll take care of everything else and all I'll need to do is just run the setup?

There should be a readme file included in the .zip file that will tell you how to install it.
