2k, 4k, and 8k, monitors?

I was watching this video:
And at 10:20 he said 2k 4k and 8k monitors will be coming out and I was wondering how long will that be? And will there also be 2k, 4k, and 8k 3DTV's?

dont hold your breath unless you have 10K plus to spend on the odd 4k tv

edit: also if you are looking to learn about what is available don't watch newegg videos they are just marketing and are full of bs.
