cpu:dual core amd athlon 64 x2 4000+ ram:2gb 667 mhz kingston
gpu: -hd 4850 512 mb 256 bit (680 mhz -1050 mhz) case:cooler master RC 690 II 80PLUS GX 650W psu.

you tell to overclocking?? bios version ami bios v 2.59

Easy as 1, 2, 3, Overclocking the A64, Opteron, X2

Something along those lines should help with that older setup.
