The GS can handle 8A (96W) more on the 12v rail than the CX. The GS is also rated for 600W @ 40C, the CX is 600W at 30C.

The M12II 620 and GS600 look almost identical based on the specs.
 
thanks for the suggestions guys, i will be getting the seasonic psu because of its modular features... the GS600 has a blue led(which i think he will like it) but meh its just lights, modular is way better i think...
 
You could run that build on a 300w unit without OCing. Either of those would be more than enough.
 
Lol, I read this a bit late, but yeah, I'd have said to go with the Seasonic also.
