Installing Windows 7 issues

I had windows 7 on my new system and had to take it apart(money issues). Now I have everything back together and tried to install Win7 but I get an error-"Windows cannot copy files required for installation. The files may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070241" Tried 2 win7 install disks I have,tried using a different drive to install files also..Thing is I too the drive out and put in a different system and it will install windows fine...How do I fix this issue???

It sounds like your DVD Drive needs to be cleaned
