GPU folding fails

I'm using an EVGA 570 to fold and it has been failing the last few days, OS is Win7. Quick look on the forum doesn't appear to show any general problems associated with GPU foliding.

Wondering if it is the graphics card or is there another problem anyone can see?

Looks like the same WU failing over and over in the log you posted. Delete the Work directory and gueue.dat. If that doesn't fix it, do a clean reinstall (custom) of the vid drivers.

Had to rebuild the whole thing as you suggested and that seems to have worked. Thanks.
