Guessing I need more fans?

Without a doubt you need more fans! You don't need loud ones, just good circulation. In my case, if I remove the side panel, the temps go UP.

Well... Once again I find myself posting a picture of something often not given the credit it is due:
Direct Ducting. It dropped my CPU temp about 5 degrees. This is an exhaust duct, because my Alpha HSF is suppost to have air exhaust off it. It lowered the air temp of my case to room temp.
If your fan blows on to the HS. It allows cool air from outside the case to hit the HS.
If looks aren't an issue, use cardboard and duct tape to make one.
