What vcore did you set in the bios?

Yes, drop the LLC by one level, check the voltages, try find the LLC which maintains your vcore. The correct LLC setting will be different for every board and chip.

Was the system unstable at LLC level 4? If not, then there is no need to turn up the LLC just yet....

Yeah when it drops below 1.35 it crashes so when it dropped out of nowhere it crashed. Should I try it at 4 again? Or why is it dropping like that?

1.392V at load on prime is too high for a 44x multiplier.
Set your vcore to 1.325v in the bios, and set your llc to level 6, report back with Idle and Load voltages, they should both be higher than the vcore in your bios.
I know we are reducing the vcore now, but we are increasing LLC to counter the lower voltage. Let me know what voltages you get.

What were your temps? Maybe it was a form of thermal throttling?

My temps are 60 with LLC at 5 and ok I will try it lilg. Bit why is my vcore fluctuating still? Even with it at LLC 5 it went from 1.392-1.380 then back up. Why is that?

The voltage will always fluctuate, LLC will only minimise the fluctuation and prevent it from falling below a certain voltage that you are trying to keep it above, small fluctuations above your required vcore is not a problem, its a problem when the vcore drops below that which you require for stability.

Drop LLC down to level 5, we need to make it so that with LLC the voltage on load is around 1.35V, anything between 1.00-1.35 at idle will be fine, so don't worry about idle voltages. If the voltage is too high at level 5, drop down another level, repeat till you find a stable setting, report back...
