cheap, quite, respectable, heatsink

Im building a computer for a friend based on a 1.4 t-bird, now i need a hsf that would do a decent job at cooling it. Personally I'd have no problem with this decision were it my own box, 'cause i have no problem putting a whinny delta in it, or spening $30+ on it. But since this is for someone else, who more than likely will never O/C and is more consiouse about noise and price than performance, what should i get that will keep the 1.4 at a safe temperature?

Use the stock sink, it's good enough, and quiet. AMD did approve it...

i would have to reccomend a glaciator I.
they are only 17.50 and give a good fight
to a sk6 or what not.
