Mobo Suggestions for 2600k (LGA1155)

Hey guys, i'm planning on purchasing an Intel i7 2600k for my new build and I need a motherboard to go along with it. I'm struggling to find a solid reliable mobo for a decent price. I've heard good and bad things as far as how reliable ASRock mobos are. I'm open to just about anything and everything. Budget isn't much of a factor here, i'd hope to spend under $300 if possible though.

I've had my eye on that one but i've heard they aren't very reliable. How do you feel about it?

I had the Fatality z68 Gen3 and loved it: solid build, quality components.
