Would the 560 bottleneck a Q9550 at all?
Also running a 580W PSU.
Thinking about a GTX 550 Ti, but might go for a GTX 560.

GTX 560 + Stock Q9550?

It's the other way around, the bottleneck would be your CPU. It should be fine enough though. As for power you are just fine. Get the 560, it's much better.
