is my power supply powerful enough.

I just recently built a computer and I am wanting to start over clocking my CPU, Video card. but was wondering if my Corsair AX650w would be enough.

I am wanting to get my i5 2500k to at least 4.8ghz on air with the help of a CM Hyper 212 evo and I want to get my AMD HD 7950 3gb to 7970 speed.

my current system is in my Sig.
