The computer is working but has some random freezing.

i5 2500k , 8 gb patriot , 560 gtx hawk , asus p8z68 v , coolermaster silent pro 700
W7 ultimate 64 bits
WDC WD1002FAEX-00Z3A

Heat issues? Ive seen that crap happen from, bad drivers, to going bad RAM,PSU, and virus.. Really hard to pin point... :(
 
Is your PCH getting warm? Heat can cause all kinds of issues.

If not, then I would try a new SATA cable.

Temps are ok.
I tried with another SATA cable ,but the problem still hasn't been solved.

Do know if it started when you installed a new driver? or would you be willing to back the clocks down alittle and try again?
