I just had to replace my K7S5A mobo today.
Got no beeps, post or video at boot. thought it was my cpu.
I've only had it a little over 3 months. Lucky for me the computer shop I bought it from replaced it for free. sd it was still under warranty. When he found out I was overclocking my system he almost made me pay for the board. He said o/c was bad and not recommended for my mobo.
Is he right? I don't know why the mobo broke in the first place.

Hello,

Overclocking is not bad, just tedious, Don't be afraid, that is how we learn. I have a old celery 366 pushing 552 with a over sized H/S/F for 2 years and no problems. Just be careful with the voltage., and always remember.....cool,cool,cool. Read the treads on overclocking and ask many questions...You'll do fine.
