Hey guy's I am having some problems while playing under load my screen will freeze and everything gets distorted or I'll get a bsod some times. I'm not sure exactly whats causing the problem because when I did some upgrades i also switched to a newer bios and can't find the old one. Here are specs
Intel Q8300 @ 2.5Ghz
HIS HD 5450
Golden Field 500w PSU
4g ram
ECS MCP73T-AD motherboard
Windows 7 32bit
Now the motherboard I cant seem to find the bios for and this crash randomly happens when playing games and rarely on desktop. I ran Whocrashed and getting these

I thought at first it was video card needing to much power because It only had a 230w so I switched to the 500w. I also tried installing video card drivers again
