No audio from HDMI or speakers

I'm completely baffled. Sound worked perfectly up until today. I can't get any audio from HDMI or speakers. I've already checked my BIOS and HD Audio is enabled. I updated all of my drivers. I have also tried multiple speakers with the same results.

right click on your speaker icon in the task bar and select "playback devices"then right click in the open window and select "show disabled devices" and see if you have anything disabled if so re enable it.other then that it sounds like your sound card might have gone bad.
